I decided to test my website checkout process.

Simple enough.

Honestly? It was kind of funny.

But it taught me something important.

Never assume your website works perfectly just because YOU built it.

Customers notice problems fast.

Broken links. Confusing checkout. Slow pages. Wrong product variants.
